The problem
People install dozens of skills and hooks with no idea which ones run or how much prompt they eat.
How it works
- Parses local session JSONL files and subagent transcripts from Claude Code project folders.
- Counts skill fires, agent launches and hook calls, with attributed token counts.
- Calculates prompt overhead and flags skills that never fire.
